verse of the day

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” -Isaiah 53:5-6 Listen to chapter

a time to pause

to everything there is a season,
a time for every purpose under heaven:
a time to be born,
and a time to die;
a time to plant,
and a time to pluck what is planted;
a time to kill,
and a time to heal;
a time to break down,
and a time to build up;
a time to weep,
and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn,
and a time to dance;
a time to cast away stones,
and a time to gather stones;
a time to embrace,
and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to gain,
and a time to lose;
a time to keep,
and a time to throw away;
a time to tear,
and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence,
and a time to speak;
a time to love,
and a time to hate;
a time of war,
and a time of peace.

ecclesiastes 3:1-8

i'll be taking a break from blogging
my mom & family are the priority right now

  i apologize that my postings have been hit or miss...
(due to the needs of my mom & dad these past many months)

  i need time to get my

 emotions,

focus,

and

life

back to some sense of normal.

i'm ok

i just need less distraction

 and more time to process and grieve

this loss has been more than i imagined

for all of us

i shall be back soon
